A Note From John
It’s been a few months, in case you didn’t notice. We missed our February newsletter, which is usually not our style, but it’s been a busy stretch on our end (in a good way).
A few quick updates from the JMAC PR side.
We’ve welcomed several new clients to the roster: Checksum.ai, Kinectify, and Zymtrace. Checksum.ai is helping companies bring more clarity and control to their data environments. Kinectify is a modern AML and risk intelligence platform designed to help organizations detect, manage, and mitigate financial crime and compliance risk. Zymtrace is tackling one of the biggest challenges in AI infrastructure today, helping teams optimize performance across distributed systems.
We’re incredibly thankful for the partnership with each of these teams and excited about what’s ahead.
With the addition of Kinectify, we’ve also expanded our PR support into the APAC region. We’ve brought on Ashleigh, who is based in Australia, to support the account locally.
On a personal note, I recently joined the Forbes Agency Council and have already contributed to a couple of Expert Panel roundups, one on building brands on social media on a budget and another on common PR mistakes clients make. I had my first byline article published, “Why Earned Media Still Outperforms Paid When Trust Matters Most,” a meaningful milestone.
I was also a guest on the 101 Ways Out podcast, where I discussed my journey, both personally and professionally. Finally, we had a great conversation with our friends at Jordan Digital Marketing about how AI is shaping PR strategies, a topic we’re continuing to focus on.
More to come below, but I wanted to start with a quick update and, as always, say thanks for following along.
