What’s a big win or something you’d like to celebrate from this year?
Leading and planning an PRSA-SF event this past summer. It was great to have connections come out to the baseball game, and it was also amazing to hear how well it went and just how much everyone had fun attending.
What is a commitment you want to make to support your mental health in 2025?
Stay committed to going to the gym or generally getting my body moving on my challenging days.

What’s a big win or something you’d like to celebrate from this year?
A big win for me would be moving out two months after graduating. Deciding that I wanted to make a move to a place that would help my job and seemed like a better fit for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in my new city and it seems to be a lot better to me.
What is a commitment you want to make to support your mental health in 2025?
To balance my work life and mental health. I think sometimes I think too much about work when I am off the clock which can make the weekends feel shorter. Being able to disassociate when you are not working will be something I feel like will catch up to me throughout the years of working.
What’s one thing you’d like to learn or create in 2025?
I would like to work more on my professional development because I am new to PR. Studying journalism (news) PR can still be sort of a foreign topic at times. Getting the swing of things has helped and being allowed to do all of these “higher up” tasks has been wonderful.

What’s a big win or something you’d like to celebrate from this year?
One big win I’d like to celebrate this year is being part of this incredible team. Their support, encouragement, and collaborative spirit have made such a positive impact on me, and I’m truly grateful to be surrounded by such inspiring individuals.
What is a commitment you want to make to support your mental health in 2025?
Looking ahead to 2025, one area I want to focus on for my mental health is self-compassion. I’ve noticed I can be my own toughest critic, and negative self-talk is something I need to work on. My intention is to shift that narrative and approach myself with the same kindness and understanding I naturally give to others. By building this habit of self-compassion, I believe I can cultivate a more balanced mindset that will positively impact both my personal and professional life.
What’s one thing you’d like to learn or create in 2025?
In 2025, I’d like to learn how to better support my team and the company, especially by streamlining internal processes and improving organization. I also want to expand my knowledge of social media strategies and learn how to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, I’m eager to learn how to create an effective pitch and, more broadly, deepen my understanding of marketing.

What’s a big win or something you’d like to celebrate from this year?
This year has been filled with both personal and professional wins that I’m truly proud of.
On a personal level, a big win has been losing about 20-25 pounds. I’ve intentionally shifted to a much healthier diet, and it’s been amazing to see the results—not just physically, but also in how I feel every day. Another personal win has been starting a journaling practice, which has helped me reflect, stay grounded, and lean into gratitude. And I’ve also taken on the challenge of learning Japanese through Duolingo, which has been both fun and rewarding.
Professionally, one of the biggest wins has been watching this business grow year over year. Seeing how far we’ve come and the strides we’re making has been incredibly fulfilling. But even more than that, seeing the growth in my team—both individually and collectively—has been a huge win. Watching everyone step into their potential and succeed has been one of the most rewarding parts of this year.
I’m grateful for these wins and excited to keep building on them!
What is a commitment you want to make to support your mental health in 2025?
Mental health is a topic that’s always on my mind, and I prioritize it in my daily life. I’m already consistent with things like therapy, journaling, and incorporating the tools my therapist has shared with me. I also find a lot of value in the perspective shifts I’ve gained from working with T, our transformation coach and head of culture at Jmac PR. Her guidance has been incredibly impactful.

What’s one thing you’d like to learn or create in 2025?
Through my journaling practice, I’ve become much more in tune with learning and personal growth—I try to learn something new every day. Looking ahead to 2025, there are a couple of things I’d love to focus on.
From a professional development standpoint, I’d like to add a new skill to my toolbox. Whether it’s refining my leadership abilities, exploring a new area in my industry, or taking on a fresh challenge, I’m always looking for ways to grow and expand.
On a personal level, I’ve always been interested in digital photography. It’s something I’ve been meaning to dive into for a while, and maybe 2025 will be the year I finally sign up for a class and start exploring this creative passion.
For me, learning is an ongoing journey, and I’m excited to see what the next year has in store!

What’s a big win or something you’d like to celebrate from this year?
People have less unhelpful influence on me than they’ve had in the past. It’s a great feeling.
What is a commitment you want to make to support your mental health in 2025?
Every year I try and come up with a yearly theme. It’s not a resolution but more like a thread that will influence decisions I make in every aspect of my life. I’m a thinker and it’s been that way my whole life. This year’s theme: Out of My Mind, Into My Body. I want to balance all that thinking with moving and doing.
What’s one thing you’d like to learn or create in 2025?
I want to learn how to do makeup! I don’t wear a lot of it…it’s never been a drive of mine but now I want to figure out what works for me.
