M&C Saatchi Performance is a leading global performance marketing agency connecting brands to today’s connected consumers. The company has main operations in APAC, EMEA, and in the U.S. Jmac PR was introduced to M&C Saatchi Performance through a referral from client InMobi at an AdExchanger Programmatic I/O event. While M&C Saatchi Performance has global reach, from a PR standpoint the agency did not have any kind of visibility in the U.S. Our work was to help build awareness and executive visibility for M&C Saatchi Performance and its stakeholders among the U.S. key target publications and media journalists
Strategies
- Pitched M&C Saatchi Performance executives as subject matter experts (SMEs) for stories around performance marketing, privacy, paid search, paid social, TikTok, CTV/OTT, mobile marketing
- Handled ghostwriting and then pitching for earned media publication bylines from several key M&C Saatchi Performance executives on topics including privacy, media mix model, product led growth, influencers and TikTok, AI and paid search, CTV advertising
- Proactively identified and pitched story angles for M&C Saatchi Performance around aforementioned topics
- Continued ‘newsjacking’ approach on a daily basis by monitoring industry news and then alerting M&C Saatchi Performance to gather insights and commentary that would then be pitched to media

While engaged with Jmac PR, the team produced 60+ pieces of earned media coverage totaling 277M impressions from October 2022 to March 2023 for M&C Saatchi Performance including coverage from media publications like Campaign, Digiday, Forbes, IAB SmartBrief, Insider Intelligence, Little Black Book, MarTech, Mediapost, Performance Marketing World, The Drum
